漢光是於2007年六月,由暐凱國際檢驗科技股份有限公司驗證通過, 同時暐凱也是由全國認證基金會取得第一家產銷履歷認證證書。將生 產過程的可信度賦予消費者更客觀的的保證。漢光整合了當地的農民 ,採行小農制大農企的理念,成立產銷履歷管控中心,開啟農業生產 管理資訊化新世代。

設立產銷履歷管控中心 –集團管理

■ 專業分工- 提供農民服務

-計畫服務: 農戶提供生產基地及勞務,由漢光作生產規劃,依雙方協定之品質價格保證收購,農戶省去到批發市場販售的時間與人力。多出的人力和時間可擴大生產面積增加農戶收益。

-紀錄服務:漢光產銷履歷管控中心全面導入生產電腦資訊化,從種植到採收有專業人員替農戶登錄相關電腦作業紀錄,無需擔心不會使用電腦的煩惱。

-  農民驗證費用除了政府補助1/2 ,其餘由漢光全額支付。農戶無需負擔驗證費用


Established the Product Traceability System Control Center – Group Management

■  Specialization Program
● Farmers  provide lands and manpower
● Production planned by Han Kuan Traceability System Control Center
● Price agreed between Han Kuan and farmers for guarantee purchasing
● Farmers can save time and manpower in the wholesale market
● More manpower and time can expand the production to  increase farmers’ income.
●Han Kuan traceability control center are fully controlled by computer. There are professionals to record in computer from planting to harvest, no worries of lacking knowledge of using computer by farmers
●Government will pay ½ of the certification fee and Han Kuan will pay the rest. Farmers are not required to pay any cost.



職責分工

◆總策劃:為本組織最高領導中心,負責生產履歷工作總策劃及執行方針
◆總執行:本組織承上啟下之執行單位,兼持及積極且堅持的信念,控管各 部 門作業並追蹤執行情況,協調各部門的管理作業
◆生產部:為本組織工作最繁雜且縝密之單位,遵循生產履歷相關規範,進 行育苗、種植、栽培等各項管理
◆檢驗部:確實檢驗蔬菜農藥殘留,確保產品之安全性
◆廠務部:進貨驗收、預冷、分級、包裝、加工、出貨之標準作業流程
◆業務部:包裝規格、報價、處理訂單、核帳、客訴
◆行銷部:通路開發、產品包裝設計、宣傳海報、促銷活動及網站推廣
◆資訊部:嚴謹整合各部門資料,將記錄登上政府農產履歷資訊平台

•Job duty:
-Executive Director: Chairman of the organization. Provide directional strategy and goal.
-Executive Assistant: Coordinate and control functional department’s works. Tracing production progress to play the role as a communication bridge between management and members.
-Production department: Manage seedling, planting and growing control.
-Laboratory department: Test pesticide residues in vegetables, ensure the safety of products.
-Facility management: Monitor receiving, pre-cooling, grading, packaging, processing and distribution standard operation procedure.
-General Service department: Packaging design, quotation, ordering, account payable and customer service.
-Marketing department: Explore new business channel, product packaging and poster design, promotional activities and website development.
-Information Technology: Integrating various departments data and uploading to the government agricultural information platform.
